Model DK24, DK56,DK96,DK96L 1990-1995 – analogue systems with a mixture of EKT (Toshiba analogue keyphones) and analogue (“2 wire”) devices.
Model DK16,DK40,DK280,CT 1995-2002 – digital systems with analogue or digital (ISDN) line connections + mixture of DKT Toshiba digital keyphones and analogue (“2wire”) devices.
Model IP-CTX100,IP-CTX670 2002 onwards – digital systems with analogue or digital (ISDN) line connections + mixture of DKT Toshiba digital keyphones; analogue (“2 wire”) devices and Toshiba IP handsets.
Model CIX 2005 onwards – full IP voice/data switch with analogue or digital (ISDN) or IP line connections + mixture of voice and data terminals.
From Day 1 your system price includes our BSI maintenance cover for the first year. This is a comprehensive on-site contract.
Whilst there is no longer a legal requirement on you to have this, we at Comms UK have continued with BSI approval and, in fact, extended it to our whole company operation as a commitment to quality.
This means you, the customer, will be assured of the level of spares held, and our response time to faults. Our own engineers are all fully Toshiba trained and certified to work on your system. In many cases remote diagnostics/programming is available.
User Training
One of the most important aspects of a new telephone system. Unlike most others we provide a professional user trainer, who will show any or all staff how to use the new system. The trainer will also customise the keyphones, programming soft keys and producing labels against those keys. If appropriate, voice mail boxes and auto attendant will be trained on and post installation we are always available to offer additional support. Ongoing queries can be dealt with by telephone or a personal visit.
Liaison for Network Services
Should you require modified network services from BT or others, we will be pleased to look after that side and place orders on your behalf. You will understand that their bills for their services are separate to our system quotation and direct to you.
Also we cannot be held responsible in the event of their failure to perform.
Our BSI Maintenance Contract (unlike most others) is annually renewable with 30 days notice and we guarantee no increase above R.P.I.
We can supply as many referral sites in the local area as you may wish to take up, to prove how good we are - ask our competitors to do the same.
