Rental Terms and Conditions
Comms UK Ltd agrees to rent the above equipment to the customer, including support subject to our Terms and Conditions http://www.comms.uk.com/info/comms+uk+terms+and+conditions , at the agreed price per month to be paid on Direct Debit.
If the customer fails to pay a monthly rental by the last day of any rental month, Comms UK Ltd reserves the right to recover the equipment covered by this agreement and the customer agrees that they will ensure Comms UK staff have access to do so during normal working hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
This agreement will be a continuous 30 day rolling contract, with 30 days notice to terminate by either party, after an initial minimum 3 month period.
After xx months the customer may own the equipment for one additional month’s rental (xx in total).
Monthly rentals will be invoiced together with any network services and taken on the same direct debit.
